Tom,
My advise would first be, make sure there is not something physically wrong, check with your doctor. I assume you have already since you are taking ativan. Next try the techniques mentioned here, it can't hurt. Let me just say, I am not a doctor and I did not create the products promoted on my site, but I have done a lot of research online about these problems. Read more of the articles here at Uneasy Feeling (I know it is not the easiest site to navigate yet, but just click around and read the information.) The products like Panic Away and The Tiredness Book that I link to all have at least a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. Look at their sale sites and if you think they might help try it for a couple of weeks and if it is not what you thought get your money back.
Here are the direct links to the 2 sites:

Good Luck,
I hope something here is helpful for you.

I have an uneasy feeling every night when I try to fall asleep. It is getting worse every night. However, If i wake during the night I am able to return to sleep. This sleep anxiety is beginng to take over my daily life. I have been given ativan by my doctor to help but I need some help to get over the feeling. any direction you can give me would be greatly apreciated.

I am just looking to get a good night sleep.

Best Regards
